Service Description

This includes a BASIC or DEEP CLEANING of the following: KITCHEN, BATHROOMS, LIVING/DINING ROOM, BEDROOMS • Clean Appliances (Stove, Microwave, Refrigerator, etc.) *inside of appliances • Dust (light fixtures, furniture, ceiling fans, windows, vents, baseboards, walls) *outside cobwebs • Clean, Sanitize, & Disinfect (sinks, countertops, tables, inside/outside cabinets, mirrors, tubs, in/around toilet, door knobs) • Sweep, Mop, & Shine Floors *includes front/ back porch sweeping • Vacuum (carpet, rugs) • Trash removal *includes cleaning the inside of trash cans • Spot clean doors *inside only • Window Cleaning *interior only **Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning Process** Here’s a quick overview of how our Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning service works: 1. Junk & Belongings Removal (Before We Start): To ensure a thorough cleaning, we ask that all personal items, trash, and junk be removed from the property before we arrive. This includes furniture, boxes, bags, leftover food, and any other items not intended to stay. If there is still junk on-site, we can either: • Reschedule the cleaning for a later time, or • Provide a junk removal service at an extra cost (if requested in advance). 2. Detailed Cleaning Checklist Includes: • Kitchen: Cabinets (inside & out), counters, sink, appliances (inside & out), floor • Bathrooms: Toilet, tub/shower, sink, mirrors, floors • Bedrooms & Living Areas: Baseboards, window sills, floors, doors, closets • Windows: (interior only unless exterior is specifically requested) 3. Final Touches: We leave the space spotless and fresh, ready for the next occupant or a successful handover to your landlord or buyer.
